Shipping Policy
All Barrett Ford jewelry is made to order. Due to its handmade creation, please allow 2-3 weeks for production and delivery before receiving your original work of art.
Barrett Ford uses Fed Ex Express to ship and track all shipments. Included in the shipping is insurance to cover the cost of the items. All shipping costs are calculated by Fed Ex depending on the delivery zone.
Someone will need to be present to sign for the package. If that is not possible, Fed Ex will leave a delivery slip for you, which will include options for redelivery. You will receive an email when your item has gone out for shipment, usually two to three weeks after placing your order.
Barrett Ford will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently available or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. Unfortunately, we cannot offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday deliveries.
